26. INSTAll REVERSE IDLER GEAR SHAFT STOPPER
Install t he reverse Idler gear shaft st opper and t ight en tho
bolt.
Torque: 250 kg-em (18 ft ~b. 25 N •m)
28. DISMOUNT INTERMEDIATE PLATE FROM VISE
lal Dismount the intermediate plate f rom the vise.
lbl Remove the bolt s, nuts, plate washers and gasket.
27 . INSTALL TRANSMISSION CASE TO INTERMEDIATE
PLATE
(a) Al~n each bearing outer race and each shift IO<k sNII
end with the case holes.
lbl Using a plastic hammer, tap on t he case to Install
it.
28. INSTALL BEARING SNAP RINGS
Using snap ring pliers, inst all the two snap rings.
29. INSTALL FRONT BEARING RET AJNER
(al Install the bearing retainer
with
a new gasket.
!bl Apply liquid sealer to the bolts.
lei Install and torque the bolts.
Torque: 250 kg-em (18 ft-lb, 25 N ·ml
