a magnet,
remove
the
match
pin from
the
pin
hole of the camshaft timing pulley.

the

cylinder

TDC/compression.

There are three p in holes
on
the camshaft
and timing
pulley.
Select one
overlapped hole
and insert the match
pin
into
it.
NOTE:
•
If
there
is
no overlapping hole.
find
one that
is
nearly
overlapped and rotate
the crank.shaft
s.lightty
to
over·
lap
it,
and then
insert
the pin.
•
The
crankshaft
pulley angle can be adjust approxi·
mately
3°
by
changing
the pin hole
to
the
next
one.

Using SST to hold the camshaft
timing
pulley.
Install
the pullay sat bolt.
