PRECAUTIONS
1. When chec:lcing voltage, resistance, etc., use a high·
impedance type tester
(It
is impossible with a simple
testat).
2.
Do
not attempt to disassemble or repair individual com·
ponents.
3. Do not attatnpt to make chec:lcs with en extatnol power
(battery etc.) applied directly to the component.
4. When the ignition twitdl it turned ON, indicotions other
then lhe speedometer will be slightly deleyed but this is
normol.
5.
When the ignition switch it placed
at
ST, all meters will go
out but !hit is normol.
6.
Do
not toudl circuit components
as
!here
is
danger of
circuit damage due to sutic
electricity.
Nevor .........,
battaty connections
as
it
could result in instant dlmage to
the
interior of
the
components.
7.
Do
not disconnect the battery while lhe engine is running
as
!his would
cause
an instant
reverse
charge (100V),
resulting in d - . to
the
interior of
the
components.
8.
Alweys disconnect the bettary terminals before pulling
apart
connectors or terminals.
9. To prevent damage, handle meters with care.
