7. REMOVE CAM RING. ROTOR AND VANE PLATES
CAUTION:

8. REMOVE STRAIGHT P INS
9. REMOVE ROTOR SHAFT
Ia) Clamp the front housing in a vise.
CAUTION: Do not tiQhtln the vise too
tight.
(b) Using a chisel and hammer, pry off the oil se•l.
(c) Using snap ring pliers. remove the snap ring.
(d) Using a plastic hammer, lightly
tap
the rotor
shaft
out
of the front housing .
10. REMOVE REAR PLATE AND SPRING
Using a plastic hammer, tap the bottom end of the mr
housing. and remove the rear plate and spring.
CAUTION: Avoid gripping
the
rear plate with
pliers •
this could de~Ng~ it.
11. REMOVE PRESSURE PORT UNION
12. REMOVE F LOW CONTROL VALVE ANO SPRING
CAUTION: Use

not drop. scratch or nid< this vat.L
13. REMOVE FLOW CONTROL SPRING SEAT
(a) Using snap ring pliers, remove the snap ring.
(b) Install a suitable bolt to me spring seat and pull
it ouL
