Unable to satisfy bandwidth configured for MPLS path pathname on LSP lsp-name
The bandwidth setting for the indicated Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) path and
label-switched path (LSP) was changed recently, but attempts to apply the new setting
failed. The LSP continued to use the previous amount of bandwidth.
Event: This message reports an event, not an error

Determine the reason that the bandwidth could not change and make the necessary
changes to the software configuration, hardware configuration, or both.
