Unable to allocate count bytes of memory
The USP trace process (nstraced) could not allocate the indicated number of bytes of
memory.
Error: An error occurred

System memory was exhausted.
Increase the amount of RAM in the Routing Engine.
Subcomponent could not read configuration database
When the USP trace process (nstraced) restarted, it could not read its configuration
information from the configuration database.
