Service Utility

The service utility is used to install the system, troubleshoot connection problems to
access to image diagnostic devices and printers, and add functions after installation.
The service utility checks, sets and changes each parameter as required.

Starting Up and Exiting the Service Utility

Starting Up the Service Utility

(1) If the FN-PS551 application is running, click [Exit] on the [Exit] menu in the
[FN-PS551] window or clicking the close box
of the window to close it.
(2) Click the [Start] menu on the Windows desktop, and click [Run] from the
listed menu.
→ The [Run] dialog appears.
(3) Type ""C:\Program Files\FN-PS551\ServiceUty.exe"", then click
[OK].
→ The [SERVICE UTILITY] alert appears once the service utility has started up.
(4) Click [Yes] to proceed to the next step.
REFERENCE
The [SERVICE UTILITY] alert is designed to ensure that only authorized
service engineers can access to the service utility.
