On the [Annotation list:] list, click an annotation box desired.

Enter a text in the [Annotation] text entry box.
NOTE
In addition to standard characters, the following macros are available.
%YYYY% : Year in which print request was received (four digits, 199x

%TIME%
For example, to produce the following readout for hospital name, print request
date and time information:
FUJIFILM <sp> HOSPITAL <sp> 1998.08.12 <sp> 18:30
Enter the following text:
"FUJIFILM<sp>HOSPITAL<sp>%YYYY%.%MM%.%DD%<sp>%TIME%"
(Note: <sp> designates a space.)

Check that parameters are specified correctly, click [Apply].
→ The text entered in the [Annotation list:] box is displayed.
NOTE
To enter an annotation text in other annotation boxes, repeat the procedure
from step (4) onwards.
