The following will be required for the installation;
• Windows NT Service Pack 5 CD-ROM ................................................... X 1

Insert the CD-ROM labeled "Windows NT Service Pack 5" into the CD-ROM
drive.
→ The CD-ROM loads automatically and the [Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Service
Pack 5 - Microsoft Internet Explorer] window appears.
