Printer Interface Board Settings
CAUTION
• Be sure to wear a wristband for grounding when performing install of boards.
Otherwise static electricity in the body may cause damage to electronic
parts on the boards.
• For DELL OptiPlex GX110/GX150/GX260 series control unit (PC) models,
expansion slots are constructed only on PCI bus, so a DXA01A board can
not be used. In this case, use a PEI01A board.
A maximum of two E-I/F (DXA01A board or PEI01A board) boards can be connected.
Set the jumpers and dip switches according to procedures described as shown below.
If a DXA01A board and PEI01A board are to be used concurrently, set one board as the
first board, and the other as the second board.
DXA01A Board (for ISA bus)
• DXA Board #1 shows the correct settings of the first DXA01A board (or for
the sole DXA01A board if only one is used) .
• DXA Board #2 shows the correct settings of the second DXA01A board.
