Maintenance 7. Service Utility
NOTE
• The [Clients:] list in the [Clients] window shows the host names of all
currently registered clients. Note that the only "DICOM: default" setting is
registered at installation (factory default).
• DICOM protocol connections use parameters in the "DICOM: default" when
clients are not registered individually.
However, for software ver. A05 or later, setting of [avail] or [inval] for "DICOM:
default" function is added. When "DICOM: default" function is set to invalid,
printing is not accepted from clients that are not registered individually (or
if AE Title is registered incorrectly).
• All TOSHIBA and FUJI protocol connections must be registered for each
individual client.
• Up to 255 connections can be registered.
To Add a Client

On the [Clients] window, click [Add...].
→ The [Network Client Property] window appears (go to "
Property] Window").
To View and/or Modify Client Settings

From the [Clients:] list of the [Clients] window, select a client to view or modify,
then click [Properties...].
→ The [Network Client Property] window appears (go to "
Property] Window").
To Delete a Registered Client

From the [Clients:] list of the [Clients] window, select a client to delete, then
click [Remove].
→ The selected client is deleted.

Using [Network Client Property] Window

NOTE
• The [Network Client Property] window is used to specify client parameters.
• Image processing parameters specified for each client through this window
are applied when image data from clients is sent with no image processing
parameter specified.
• The [Network Client Property] window has six sub-windows (seven for
software ver. A05 or later). Select a window by clicking the tab at the top.
• For clients connected through FUJI protocol, specify client parameters
only on the [name], [protocol] and [printer] windows (for FUJI protocol,
client parameters can be specified when software ver. A03 or later is used).
