[Please insert the compact disk labeled Windows NT Workstation CD-ROM into
your CD-ROM drive.] appears.

Insert the CD-ROM labeled "Windows NT Workstation For Distribution Only
with a New PC" . Check that the CD-ROM drive access lamp goes on and
out again, then press <Enter> key.
→ The [Windows NT Licensing Agreement] screen appears.
