The following screen displays show how to set for Windows NT, however, a
similar procedure is taken for Windows XP as well.

The [Date & Time] settings window should be displayed. Enter the correct
current date and time in the [Date] and [Time] boxes. And then click [Apply].

Click the [Time Zone] tab.
→ The [Time Zone] window appears.
