On the operating system selection screen displayed after restarting, check
that "Windows NT Workstation Version 4.00" is highlighted, then press <Enter>
key.

[Begin Logon] message appears, so press <Ctrl>, <Alt> and <Delete> keys
simultaneously.

Type "pc-ps" in [Password:] box of [Logon Information] dialog, then click
[OK].
CAUTION
Since the installation procedure requires logging on to Windows NT as the
administrator, the default value "Administrator" for the [User name:] field
should be used.
→ Once the computer has logged onto Windows NT, the Windows NT desktop
appears.
NOTE
Steps from (6) to (8) mentioned above are common restarting procedures
for installing the various types of drivers, therefore they are omitted from the
explanation of procedures in the following.
Startup the Dell OptiPlex ResourceCD menu screen
NOTE
It is necessary to remove the CD-ROM and restart to install each driver
software. Therefore, it is necessary to perform the startup procedures of the
Dell OptiPlex ResourceCD menu screen shown below for each driver software
to be installed.

Insert the "Dell OptiPlex ResourceCD" into the CD-ROM drive.
(2)
When the Introduction screen is displayed, click [Next].
(3)
Select [OptiPlex GX150] from [System Model] column in [Search Criteria]
items displayed on the left side of the screen.
(4)
In the same manner, select [Windows NT 4.0] from [Operating System] column
and select [Drivers] from [Topic] column.
(5)
In the case of [Device Type] column, item to be selected varies according to
installation of the various types of drivers afterwards, therefore follow the
relevant instructions for each case.
