2. Setting Up the Equipment
• Slot layout on the riser board (expansion slot board)

• For a DELL OptiPlex GX110 series control unit (PC) model, expansion
slots are constructed only on PCI bus, so a DXA01A board can not be
used. In this case, use a PEI01A board.
• If it is installed in PCI1 slot, PEI01A board touches the cables and
connectors inside the control unit, so it should not be used in this slot.
REFERENCE
The illustrations of the following board installation procedure shows the case
for a DELL OptiPlex GX1 series control unit model, however, the same
procedure is used for a GX110 series, too.
