(12) Check that the [Specify an IP address] button on the [IP Address] window is
selected. Enter the following information in the [IP Address:], [Subnet Mask:],
and [Default Gateway:], then click [OK].
• Enter an IP address for this FN-PS551 in the [IP Address].
• If the network is using a subnet, enter mask data in the [Subnet Mask:].
• For [Default Gateway:], before receiving image data from clients
NOTE
• Confirm details such as IP addresses, subnet masks, and routers with the
network administrator of the installation site.
• The setting process cannot be ended until a subnet mask has been entered.
• The [Default Gateway:] need not be entered unless image data is received
from different networks.
→ The prompt screen for starting up a network appears.

If the network is not using a subnet, enter the Class C mask data
(255.255.255.0).
