Installing the Bus Mastering Drivers

NOTE
For a DELL OptiPlex GX110 series control unit model, the procedure shown
in this section is not necessary. After installing Windows NT, install Windows
NT Service Pack.
The following will be required for the installation;
• Intel PIIX PCI Bus Mastering IDE Drivers Windows NT 4.0 Disk
(For a GX1 series control unit)................................................................ X 1
CAUTION
Ensure that the install disk is write-protected (write-disabled).
(1) From the [Start] menu on the Windows NT desktop, click [Settings] and then
[Control Panel].
→ The [Control Panel] window appears.
(2) Double-click the [SCSI Adapters] icon.
→ The [SCSI Adapters] window appears.
