2. Copying a Floppy Disk
For disk copy, the entire files on a floppy disk can be copied. File-by-file copying cannot be accomplished,
however.
Step 1:
Invoke a troubleshooting program menu in accordance with Step 1 described in the
preceding paragraph, and type in test command 11 and hit the [CR] key.
Step 2:
When the following message appear, remove the Diagnostics FD from the floppy disk
drive, and then insert a source floppy disk and hit the [Y] and [CR] keys.

FD diskcopy
please insert source (read) fld and [Y/N]: Y [CR]
Step 3:
When "Y" is entered, reading starts, with the following message displayed.
...reading start
Step 4:
When the reading is done, the following message appears. Then, insert a destination
floppy disk and hit the [Y] and [CR] keys.
please insert destination (write) fld and [Y/N]: Y [CR]
Step 5:
When "Y" is entered, writing starts, with the following message displayed.
... writing start
Step 6:
When the writing is done, the following message appears. Then, insert the source floppy
disk again, and hit the [Y] and [CR] keys.
please insert source (read) fld and [Y/N]: Y [CR]
Step 7:
Repeat Steps 3 through 5 until the writing is all completed. Then, the following message
appears.

A disk copy cannot be done on a floppy disk other than 3.5-
inch 2HD, or on a write-protected or unformatted floppy disk.
