Right-click the task bar on the Windows NT desktop.
→ The pop-up menu appears.

Choose the [Properties].
→ The [Taskbar Properties] window appears.

To cancel the current setting, click to remove the check mark from the [Always
on top] check box on the [Taskbar Options] window.
(10) Click [OK] on the [Taskbar Properties] window.
