Details of Event
On the Log list in the [Event Viewer] window, position the pointer in the log of which
event detail to be viewed and double-click the mouse button. The [Event Detail] window
appears. To close the [Event Detail] window, click [Close] on the window or clicking the
close box
in the top right-hand corner of the window.
REFERENCE
The following screen displays show the case for Windows NT, however, they
are similar in the case of Windows XP as well. However, [Event Detail] is
displayed as [Event Properties].

• [Description:] : Describes logged events.

REFERENCE
For further information about [Date:], [Time:], [User:], [Computer:], [Event
ID:], [Source:], [Type:], and [Category:], refer to the "
Event Viewer Window" in the section "4.1 Using the Event Viewer". Note that
[Type] corresponds to the meaning of an icon and [Event ID] to the identifier
number of an event.
