At [procedure], choose either [SAR] or [BAR] mode for the tone correction
processing.
(2)
Specify default settings for the following tone correction processing
parameters.
• [Adjustment parameter: LUT]:
Specify the following parameters for each LUT number (1 to 8).
• [ γ table no.:] :
• [contrast:]:
For the SAR method, the following settings are also required for tone correction
curve tuning (if used).
• [number of tuning points:]:
Specify the number of fine tuning points in the range of 0 to 5. The following
values must be set for each tuning point when the number of tuning points is
set to 1 or more.
• [density:]:
• [shift:]:
• [contrast:]:
NOTE
The [Modality Property] window does not have maximum and minimum
density settings for tone correction processing parameters. The maximum
and minimum density values are taken from data specified by individual clients
or from data in the [LUT] window durings the client setting procedure ([Network
Client Property]).

Check that all parameters are specified correctly, then click [OK].
→ The [Modality Setup] window reappears.
To add more modality information, repeat the procedure described in the
previous section "

After adding, viewing, or modifying modality information, click [OK] on the
[Modality Setup] window.
→ The [LUT] window on the [Network Client Property] reappears.

For SAR, range = 11 to 50.
For BAR, range = 1 to 20.
Specify the contrast in multiples of 100 × actual value
(range = 10 to 400).
Also, this contrast setting does not exist for SAR on
software version A04 or later.
Specify the tuning density in multiples of 100 (range =
0 to 300).
Follow the rule of minimum density<density<maximum
density.
Specify the shift density in multiples of 100 (range =
-100 to 100).
Follow the rule of minimum density<density ± shift
<maximum density.
Specify the contrast at the tuning point in multiples of
100 (range = 10 to 400).
