9. Final Installation of FN-PS551
Install the equipment in the final installation site.
The monitor, keyboard, and mouse can be removed under the following conditions.
Determine whether each of them should be used or not in consultation with the user at
the installation site.
Operations with or without the aid of the Monitor, Keyboard, and Mouse
• The system runs normally without the monitor, keyboard or mouse. Consult
with the user to determine whether these components are necessary or
not with reference to the table below. If determined to be unnecessary,
these components may be removed.
• Even if the monitor is removed according to the user's judgement, the
system will not be affected by the removal. However, it is not possible to
determine the operating status of the system. It is also impossible to
determine any failure even if it occurs in the control unit or the OS.
• The monitor and keyboard are required to perform service operations such
as installation and maintenance of the system.
• User and service operations do not necessarily require the mouse.
However, they can be performed more efficiently with the use of the mouse.
