14.6.3 Bidirectional Communication Function (Operation
Modes 0 and 2)
In operation modes 0 and 2, serial bidirectional communication can be performed in a
one-to-one connection.Operation modes 0 and 2 use asynchronous and clock-
synchronous transfers, respectively.
I Bidirectional Communication Function
The UART0 requires the settings shown in Figure 14.6-6 to operate in operation mode 0 or 2.
