 In position control mode, the terminals function as
position command input terminals.
 In other control modes, the terminals are invalid.
 The maximum input pulse frequency is 4 MHz in
differential mode and 200 kHz in open collector
mode.

 AD1 and AD2 are accurate to 12 bits.

 For external analog input terminals,

integer or fraction.
