The figure shows the location of the additional mechanical stop on axis 1.
Additional mechanical stops are not available for axis 2-3.

The procedure below details how to inspect the additional mechanical stops on axes 1.

Action
1.
DANGER!
Turn off all electric power, hydraulic and pneumatic
pressure supplies to the robot!
2. Check the additional stops on axis 1 for damage.
3. Make sure the stops are properly attached.
Correct tightening torque, mechanical stop axis 1:
120 Nm.
