4.3.1. Replacement of cable harness, lower end (axes 1-3)

DANGER!
Turn off all electric power, hydraulic and
pneumatic pressure supplies to the robot!
3. Remove the rear cover plate on the robot by
removing its attachment screws.
4. Disconnect the earth cable.
5. Disconnect connectors R1.MP and R1.SMB.
6. Remove the cable guide axis 2.
7. Unscrew the screws in the metal clamps
holding the cable harness in the frame and
lower arm.
8. Remove the motor cover, axis 1, 2, 3 by
removing its attachment screws, in order to
reach the connectors.
9. Disconnect all connectors at motor 1, 2 and 3.
