Refitting, motor
The procedure below details how to refit motors, axes 2 and 3.

13. Remove the two screws and fit the lifting toll,
motor axes 2-3 to the motor.

CAUTION!
The motor weighs 32 kg! All lifting equipment
used must be sized accordingly!
15. Lift the motor to get the pinion away from the
gear.
16. Remove the motor by gently lifting it straight out
and place it on a secure surface.
Disconnect the brake release voltage!
17. Check the pinion. If there is any damage, the
motor pinion must be replaced.
Note! If the gearbox is replaced, the motor
pinion must also be replaced!
Action
1. Make sure the o-ring on the circumference of
the motor is seated properly. Lightly lubricate
the o-ring with grease.
2. In order to release the brake, connect the 24
VDC power supply.
3. Fit the lifting tool, motor axes 2-3 to the motor.
4. Fit the two guide pins in the two lower motor
attachment holes.

CAUTION!
The motor weighs 32 kg! All lifting equipment
used must be sized accordingly!
6. Lift the motor and guide it on to the guide pins,
as close to the correct position as possible
without pushing the motor pinion into the gear.
7. Remove the lifting tool and allow the motor to
rest on the guide pins.
