The procedure below details how to inspect the oil level in gearbox axis 1.

Handling gearbox oil involves several safety
risks. Before proceeding, please observe the
safety information in section
risks during work with gearbox oil on page
2.
DANGER!
Turn off all electric power, hydraulic and
pneumatic pressure supplies to the robot!
3. Open the oil plug, inspection.
4. Required oil level: max. 10 mm below the oil plug
hole!
5. Add oil if required.
6. Refit the oil plug, inspection.
