Before troubleshooting any
electrical circuit, ALWAYS
begin by checking the
following:
1. All connections relating
to circuit are clean and
tight
2. Fuses

2. Fuses
Model MMV Rev. 12/04
Power window is
inoperative.
Check wires 24 and 24A for
voltage to cab and window
power relays.
If OK
Check wire 182 for voltage to
door window switch.
If OK
Check wire V5 to door
window motor.
Front wiper is inoperative
Check wire 144 to front
wiper/washer switch for 12V
input voltage. Check wire 146
to front wiper motor for 12V
input voltage. Check wires
2AQ, 2AA for proper ground.
If OK
Replace front wiper motor.
Front washer is inoperative
Check wire 143 to front
wiper/washer switch for 12V
input voltage. Check wire 154
to front washer motor for 12V
input voltage. Check wires
2AQ, 2SS for proper ground.
If OK
Replace front washer motor.
Electrical System

Replace door window switch

Replace closed cab switch
