47. Install the rear tool bin (18).
48. Install one 5/16-18 x 1-1/4" capscrew (19), 5/16"
lockwasher (20), and rebound washer (21), securing
the rear tool bin to the front dash (22).
49. Install one 5/16-18 x 3/4" capscrew (23), 5/16"
lockwasher (24) and 5/16" flat washer (25), securing
the rear tool bin to the side of the cab.

50. Open the armrest (26) and install one 5/16-18 x 2"
capscrew (27), 5/16" lockwasher (28), and rebound
washer (29) securing the rear tool bin to the console
support (30).
51. Install two 5/16-18 x 1-3/4" capscrews (31), 5/16"
lockwashers (32) and rebound washers (33)
securing the rear tool bin to the rear of the cab (34).
52. On the backside of the cab, assemble the two
flexible hoses (37) to the outlet tubes on the
plenum (38). Push the hose, on the right side, onto
the tube on the right side of the plenum and secure
in place with a tie wrap (39). Push the hose, on the
left side, onto the tube on the left side of the plenum
and secure in place with a tie wrap (39).

53. Slide both hose clamps (40) onto the heater
hoses (41) going to the heater valve (42). Slide the
hoses onto the barbed fittings and secure with the
clamps.
IMPORTANT: The air conditioning hoses (43) need to
be connected to the heater/air conditioning blower
beneath the seat. This procedure must be completed by
an authorized air conditioning service technician.

54. Pull the switch bank wiring connector through the
opening (35). Connect the wiring connector(s) to the
appropriate switch(es). Install the switch bank (36)
into the opening.
