e. Installation and Testing
Note: An assistant will be required for the installation of
the front windshield wiper motor.
1. Connect the closed cab harness to the front wiper
motor (1). Push the three wire connector (2) all the
way onto the terminals on the motor. Push the
connector on the ground wire (3) onto the ground
terminal on the motor.

2. Remove the hardware (4) from the shaft
assembly (5) of the wiper motor (6). Save all the
parts for reassembly.

3. Position the front wiper motor (7) with the shaft
assembly on the left side and insert the front wiper
motor shaft out through the front hole (8) of the cab.
Be careful not to dislodge any of the connectors on
the wiper motor. Secure the wiper motor to the front
of the cab using two hex head screws (9). Tighten
both screws securely.
4. Replace any hydraulic or electrical components
which were removed earlier to remove the wiper
motor.

5. Push the end of the clear washer hose (11) onto the
hose end of the wet kit (12) on the backside of the
front panel. Insert a new tie wrap (13) into the tie
wrap mount (14). Wrap the tie wrap around the
washer hose. Tighten the tie wrap to hold the clear
hose in this position, but not to the point of pinching
the hose shut.
6. Place the front panel in place on the front of the cab
by inserting the shaft assembly (15) through the
center hole and the panto adapter (16).
7. Pull excess clear washer hose back through the
rubber grommet as you position the front panel. Be
careful not to pull the clear washer hose off of the
wet kit.
8. Secure the front panel in place using two button
head capscrews (17) and flat washers (18) from
outside the cab and two capscrews (19),
lockwashers (20) and flat washers (21) from inside
the cab. Tighten the hardware securely.
