Electrical Troubleshooting - Free Pivot Mode, Will Not Frame Sway Right

Conditions:
• Ignition ON, engine
running
• Boom angle is
below 40°
• Travel select lever in
[F] FORWARD or
[R] REVERSE
• Park brake OFF
• Service brake
DISENGAGED

Electrical Troubleshooting - Free Pivot Mode, Will Not Frame Sway Left

Conditions:
• Ignition ON, engine
running
• Boom angle is
below 40°
• Travel select lever in
[F] FORWARD or
[R] REVERSE
• Park brake OFF
• Service brake
DISENGAGED

With boom below 40° when frame
swaying to the right, the left front tire
comes off the ground.
Check wire and connector to solenoid
12B on Stabil-TRAK™ manifold for
battery voltage.
If OK
Check solenoid coil for correct
resistance (7-9 ohms).
If OK
Remove solenoid cartridge from manifold
and inspect for debris or damage.
If OK
Inspect manifold passages for debris or
obstruction. Clean if necessary.
With boom below 40° when frame
swaying to the left, the right front tire
comes off the ground.
Check wire and connector to solenoid
12A on Stabil-TRAK™ manifold for
battery voltage.
If OK
Check solenoid coil for correct
resistance (7-9 ohms).
If OK
Remove solenoid cartridge from manifold
and inspect for debris or damage.
If OK
Inspect manifold passages for debris or
obstruction. Clean if necessary.
