6. Place a funnel (1) at the base of the radiator (2) to
channel the drained coolant into a container.
Remove the radiator cap (3), located in the upper
radiator hose (5), and open the radiator drain
petcock (4). Allow the coolant to drain into the
container. Close petcock after draining. At the
engine, loosen the upper and lower radiator hose
clamp and pry the hoses away from the engine.

7. Disconnect the air cleaner restriction sensor (6)
wires. Loosen the clamp (7) securing the air intake
hose (8) to the engine panel (9). Remove the hose at
the engine panel. Cover opening to prevent debris
from entering.
8. Loosen the heavy duty T-bolt clamp (10), securing
the air cleaner hose (11) to the turbocharger intake
on the engine (12).
9. Unscrew the clamp (13) securing the air cleaner
assembly (14) to the mount plate (15) on the engine.
Remove the complete air cleaner assembly and
store securely. Cover the turbocharger opening on
engine (12) to prevent debris from entering.

10. Disconnect and remove the 3" heavy duty muffler
clamp (23) from the tail pipe (20). Disconnect and
remove the U-type clamp (22) from between the
muffler (19) and exhaust pipe (18). Disconnect and
remove the U-type clamp (21) from between the
exhaust pipe and turbo outlet exhaust pipe (16).

Remove the tail pipe, muffler and exhaust pipe as a
unit from the turbo outlet exhaust pipe.
11. Disconnect the V-band clamp (17) from the engine
turbocharger outlet. Twist the turbo outlet exhaust
pipe (16) out and off of vehicle.
