9. Remove the two capscrews (19), lockwashers (20)
and flat washers (21) securing the front panel (22) in
place on the inside of the cab. Remove the two
button head capscrews (23) and flat washers (24)
securing the panel in place on the outside of the cab.
Save all hardware for later re-assembly.

10. Carefully begin to remove the front panel.
11. Clip the tie wrap (25) securing the clear washer
hose (26) to the tie wrap mount (27) on the backside
of the front panel. Pull the end of the hose off the
hose end of the wet kit (28). Set the front panel aside
for later re-assembly.
12. Pull approximately 12" (305 mm) of the clear washer
hose (29) to the outside of the cab.
13. Tag and remove any hydraulic or electrical
components which will be in the way of removing the
wiper motor.
14. Remove the two capscrews (30) securing the wiper
motor (31) to the front of the cab.

15. Label and disconnect the wires (33 and 34) going to
the wiper motor.

16. Remove the wiper motor (31) from the inside of the
cab.
b. Disassembly
DO NOT disassemble the motor. The motor is not
serviceable. Replace motor if found to be defective.

c. Cleaning and Drying
Without submerging the motor, clean the motor with an
approved solvent and dry with a clean, lint-free cloth.
d. Inspection and Replacement
Inspect the motor terminals for continuity. Replace motor
if continuity is not found. (Refer to Section 10.7.29, "Front
Wiper/Washer Circuit and Troubleshooting.")
