2. Remove the two capscrews (18), lockwashers (19)
and flat washers (20) securing the housing support
bracket (16) and wear pad (11) to the top of the hose
track housing (17).
3. Remove the two capscrews (21), lockwashers (22)
and four flat washers (23) securing the wear
pad (10) to the housing retainer (15).
4. Install new wear pad (10) to the housing retainer
(15) using two 3/8-16 x 3/4" capscrews (21), 3/8"
lockwashers (22) and four 3/8" flat washers (23). DO
NOT tighten the hardware fully at this time.
5. Install a new wear pad (11) and the housing support
bracket (16) to the top of hose track housing (17)
using two 3/8-16 x 3/4" capscrews (21), 3/8"
lockwashers (22) and 3/8" flat washers (23). DO
NOT tighten the hardware fully at this time.

Note: ALWAYS replace elastic locknuts with new elastic
locknuts to help ensure proper fastening.
6. Install the housing retainer (15) with the wear pad
(10) to the side of the hose track housing (17). Use
the two 3/8-16 x 1" capscrews (12), four 3/8" flat
washers (13) and two new 3/8-16 elastic
locknuts (14). DO NOT tighten the hardware fully at
this time.
7. Make sure that the top surface of the hose track
guide (24), mounted on the side of the outer boom,
is 3.07" (25) above the top surface (26) of the outer
boom.
