Before troubleshooting any
electrical circuit, ALWAYS
begin by checking the
following:
1. All connections relating
to circuit are clean and
tight
Model MMV Rev. 12/04
Frame will not sway
left or right.
Check 7.5 amp
logic panel fuse.
If OK
While depressing the top left
and front joystick button,
check for battery voltage on
circuit 38 (LT BLU/WHT) at
frame sway solenoid on pilot
select manifold at rear of unit.
If OK
Check for proper resistance
on frame sway solenoid
(7-10 ohms). Replace
solenoid if open or
short to ground.
If OK
Refer to Section 9, Hydraulic
System for cartridge removal,
inspection and installation
procedures.
Electrical System
Disconnect joystick harness
from logic panel and check
continuity between joystick
Not
OK
harness terminals F, B
and A. If not OK, replace
joystick handle.
If OK
Replace logic panel.
