33. Route the flexible hose (23) from the lower tube on
the vent manifold up to the right side of the dash.
Push the flexible hose onto the retainer half of the
ball vent (24) and secure in place with a tie wrap
(25). Install the front dash panel (19).
34. Install one 5/16-18 x 1-1/4" capscrew (26), 5/16"
lockwasher (27), and 5/16" flat washer (28) to secure
the lower left corner of the dash panel to the cab.
35. Install two 5/16-18 x 1-1/4" capscrews (29), 5/16"
lockwashers (30), and rebound washers (31) to
secure the dash panel to the cab.

36. Connect the ignition switch (32) to the wire ends (33)
of the cab harness. Use the screws (34) and
external tooth lockwashers (35) to secure the wires
to the pins on the back of the switch.
37. Install one of the flat washers (36) onto the threaded
portion of the ignition switch (32).
38. Reach up and under the dash to work the threaded
portion of the ignition switch (32), with the flat
washer (36), into the ignition switch mounting hole
(36) on the left side of the dash. Make sure that the
alignment tab (38) goes into the small hole (39)
above the ignition switch mounting hole. Install the
flat washer (41) and hex nut (40) to secure the
ignition switch to the dash. DO NOT overtighten.

39. Align the ignition switch knob (42) so that when the
ignition switch is in the OFF position (44), the
tab (45) is positioned vertically (straight up and
down). Install the screw (43) and lockwasher (44) to
secure the knob (42) in place.
