24. Pull out switch banks (15 and 16), located to the left
and right of the steering column, and hazard switch
(17), above and to the right of the display panel
opening. Label and disconnect the wiring
connectors, from the switches, as they are removed.
25. Remove the four screws (18) holding the cab heater
and air conditioning controls panel (19) in place. Pull
the entire control panel out and label and disconnect
the wiring connectors from the switches. Set the
panel and screws aside for later reassembly.

26. Remove the screw (20) and lockwasher (21) holding
the knob (22) in place.
27. Remove the hex nut (23) and both flat washers (24)
securing the ignition switch (25) to the mounting
hole (26) in the dash.
28. Reach up and under the dash to work the ignition
switch and wiring out from behind the dash panel.

29. Label and disconnect the wires (28) connected to
the ignition switch (29). Remove the screws (30) and
external tooth lockwashers (31) securing the wires to
the pins on the back of the switch. Save the
hardware for later re-assembly. Remove the switch
from the vehicle.
