Before troubleshooting any
electrical circuit, ALWAYS
begin by checking the
following:
1. All connections relating
to circuit are clean and
tight
Model MMV Rev. 12/04
Air Conditioning is
inoperative.
Check 25 amp fuse.
If OK
Check wire 142 to splice 125
and wire 142A to blower
switch.
If OK
Check wire J76 from blower
switch to AC switch for
voltage output of
24-27.5 volts.
If OK
Check wire 159 at AC switch
for voltage output of
24-27.5 volts.
If OK
Check thermostat at wire 160
for voltage output of
24-27.5 volts. Must be at
35° F(1.7° C)
If OK
Check wire 160 at high/low
pressure switch for voltage
output of 24-27.5 volts.
If OK
Check wire 165 voltage
output of 24-27.5 volts.
If OK
Check wire 165 at
compressor for voltage output
of 24-27.5 volts. Check wire
GJ10 for proper ground.
Electrical System
Not
Replace blower switch.
OK
Not
Replace AC switch.
OK
Not
Replace thermostat.
OK
Check AC condenser for
Not
voltage
OK
If OK
Have an authorized air
conditioning service
technician troubleshoot and
repair the system.
Replace high/low pressure
Not
switch.
OK
Not
Replace compressor.
OK
