Parking Brake Indicator
The parking brake indicator (10) illuminates any
time the parking brake switch is applied and the
MT3590
ignition switch is in the RUN position.
Stabil-TRAK Indicator
The Stabil-TRAK indicator (11) illuminates
when the Stabil-TRAK system is activated. For
additional information refer to Section 10.9.8,
MT3600

d. Operator's Display Panel Removal
IMPORTANT: Static electricity can cause damage to the
operator's display panel. Avoid any manner of touching
(hands, tools, etc.) the printed circuit boards and termi-
nals. Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable at its bat-
tery terminal before beginning this procedure. Failure to
comply can result in damage to the operator's display
panel and malfunction of the instruments and indicator
lights.
1. Remove engine side battery box cover (12). Remove
wing nuts (13) and carriage bolts (14) and set cover
and mounting hardware aside for later re-assembly.
2. Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable (15) at the
battery negative (-) terminal on the battery in the
engine side battery box.
3. Disconnect the negative (-) cable (16) at the bottom
of the battery equalizer (17).
