c. Hose/Wire Track Replacement
1. With track assembly (1) laid flat on work surface,
open tabs (2) securing the wires and hose into the
hose/wire track assembly. Insert a flat screwdriver
into the space (3) provided and flip up the tabs on
the hose/wire track assembly.

2. Pull the wires and hose out of the track assembly
and allow to hang down from the tube assembly (4).
3. Use a flat screw driver and pry the tabs (5) on the
track assembly off the ears (6) of the tube
assembly (4).
4. Open the first tab on the track assembly and install
new track assembly by snapping the tabs (5) of the
track assembly over the ears (6) of the tube
assembly (4).
5. Open the remaining tabs on the track assembly and
route the wires and hose into the track assembly.

d. Tube Assembly Wear Pad Replacement
1
1. Inspect tube assembly wear pads (7). If replacement
is necessary, remove the four button head
capscrews (8) and two spacers (9). Remove wear
pads from the tube assembly (4).
2. Install new wear pads (7) using four #10-32 x 3/4"
black button head capscrews (8) and two
spacers (9). Make sure that the spacers are installed
in the front holes on each side of the wear pad and

the center holes of the tube assembly (4).
e. Track Housing Assembly Wear Pad Replacement
1. Inspect hose track housing wear pads (10 and 11). If
replacement is necessary, remove the two
capscrews (12), four flat washers (13) and two
elastic locknuts (14) securing the housing retainer
(15) and the housing support bracket (16) to the side
of the hose track housing (17).
