17. Remove the six capscrews (19), lockwashers (20),
flat wide washers (21) and well nuts (22) securing
the radiator baffle assembly (23) to the hydraulic
system oil cooler (24). Remove the hydraulic system
oil cooler.
18. Remove, inspect and replace the bulb seal (25), bulb
seal molding (26), and two foam baffles (27 and 28)
as required.

b. Radiator and Oil Cooler Installation

1. Install the bulb seal (25), bulb seal moulding (26),
and two foam baffles (27 and 28) as required.
2. Position the oil cooler (24) within the radiator baffle
assembly (23).
3. Install the six 1/4-20 x 1-1/2" capscrews (19),
1/4" lockwashers (20), 1/4" flat wide washers (21)
and well nuts (22) securing the radiator baffle
assembly (23) to the oil cooler (24). Torque to 9 lb/ft
(12 Nm).

4. At the bottom of the hydraulic system oil cooler (24),
install a new flat-faced oiled o-ring seal (#12 o-ring)
in the 3/4" I.D. x 20.00" (33) and 3/4" I.D. x
MM3031
30.50" (34) hose elbows and secure to the oil cooler.
Using a back-up wrench to hold the upper fitting (35)
torque both fittings to 155-165 lb/ft (210-224 Nm).
5. Install the rubber mounts (10) on studs before
installing the radiator.
6. Carefully place the radiator (29), into position at the
oil cooler.
