Before troubleshooting any
electrical circuit, ALWAYS
begin by checking the
following:
1. All connections relating
to circuit are clean and
tight
2. Fuses

Left Fork does not shift left.
Check wire 132 for voltage to
switch.
If OK
Check wires 100 and 100A for
voltage from the switch to the
shift left solenoid.
If OK
Check all ground wires
Left Fork does not shift
right.
Check wire 132 for voltage to
switch.
If OK
Check wires 101 and 101A for
voltage from the switch to the
shift right solenoid.
If OK
Check all ground wires
Electrical System
Not
Replace switch.
OK
Check solenoid for proper
resistance (7-10 ohms).
Not
OK Replace solenoid if open or
short to ground.
Not
Replace switch.
OK
Check solenoid for proper
resistance (7-10 ohms).
Not
OK
Replace solenoid if open or
short to ground.
