Description
Use the reset counters interface command to clear the statistics of the port, preparing for a new
statistics collection.
If you specify neither port type nor port number, the command clears statistics of all ports.
If specify only port type, the command clears statistics of all ports of this type.
If specify both port type and port number, the command clears statistics of the specified port.
Note that the statistics of the 802.1x-enabled ports cannot be cleared.
Examples
# Clear the statistics of Ethernet 1/0/1.
<Sysname> reset counters interface ethernet 1/0/1

reset packet-drop interface [ interface-type interface-number ]

Parameters
interface-type: Port type.
Interface-number: Port number.
Description
Use the reset packet-drop interface command to clear the statistics on the packets dropped on a port
or all the ports.
If interface-type interface number is not specified, this command clears the statistics on the packets
dropped on all the ports.
If interface-type interface number is specified, this command clears the statistics on the packets
dropped on the specified port. \
Related commands: display packet-drop.
Examples
# Clear the statistics on the packets dropped on Ethernet 1/0/1.
<Sysname> reset packet-drop interface Ethernet 1/0/1
