Description
Software must not rely on the value of a reserved. Writing any other
value than the reset value may result in undefined behavior.
WCLK counter modification: Adds the written value to the running
WCLK counter. If a positive edge of WCLK occurs at the same time
as the operation, this will be taken into account.
To add a negative value, write "STMPWPER.VALUE - value".
