Short address of the entry
PAN ID of the entry
Description
Words with enable bits for each extAddrEntry; LSB of first word
corresponds to entry 0. The array size K = ceil (N / 32), where N
is the number of entries (given by numExtEntries, see
59) and ceil denotes rounding upwards
Words with pending data bits for each extAddrEntry; LSB of first
word corresponds to entry 0.
