D i s c o n n e c t t h e h e a t e r c o n t r o l
panel 'l4P connector.
Turn the ignition switch ON (ll).
Measure the voltage between the
B L U / R E D w i r e t e r m i n a l ( + ) a n d
body ground (-).
Ropair open in the BLU/RED wire
between the A/C thermostat and
the heater control Danel,
T u r n l h e i g n i t i o n s w i t c h O F F .

Disconnect the heater fan switch
6P connector.
Check lor continuity in the GBN
wire between the heater control
panel and the he6ter fan switch,
Repair open in the GRN wire be-
tween the hester control panel
and the heater fan switch.
C h e c k f o r c o n t i n u i t y i n t h e B L K
w i r e b e t w e e n t h e h e a t e r f a n
switch and body ground.
Check for an ooen in the BLK
w i r e b e t w e e n t h e h e t t e r f a n
switch and body ground. ll rhe

ground at G401 and G402.

Reolace the heater fan switch.
Remove the heater control panel
(see page 21-25).
