Starts an FTP session.
ftp {port [default | service_port] | admin-state [enable | disable] | host_name | ip_address}

Usage Guidelines
•
You must have a valid username and password for the specified host.
•
The default FTP directory is /flash.
Examples
-> ftp port 20000
-> ftp admin-state disable
-> ftp 172.17.6.228
