8 Insert the feather key in the oil pump
shaft.

WARNUNG
The rotor and rotary piston have a mark. The
mark must be visible on both rotors.
Step
9 Push on the rotor (inner rotor).
10 Insert the rotary piston (outer rotor).
Apply KLUEBER ISOFLEX TOPAS
NOTE:
Nb5051 to the rotor and rotary piston.

WARNUNG
All the o-rings must be replaced!
Step
1 Insert new o-rings in the oil pump hou-
sing.

Preparation
- Apply KLUEBER ISOFLEX TOPAS to the
bearing point and flat.
NOTICE
WARNUNG
Hold the oil pump shaft when putting the oil
pump cover on it. Otherwise the oil pump shaft
is pushed out by the air cushion.
