INSTALLATION
GOVERNOR DRIVE - INSTALLATION
NOTICE
WARNUNG
The flange (oil feed line) must not be installed
tilted and the O-ring must not be caught.
NOTICE
WARNUNG
Longer screws on the flange of the oil feed line
could destroy it.
NOTICE
WARNUNG
All gaskets, O-rings and oil seals must be re-
placed!
NEEDLE SLEEVE - INSTALLATION
Step
1 Lubricate the new needle sleeve.
2 Apply the puller part no. 876489 on the
vacuum pump side.
3 Place the press-in mushroom part no.
877597 on the needle sleeve and fix it
with the hex. nut.

4 The needle sleeve is pressed in as far as
it will go by turning the hex. screw clockwi-
se.
BALL BEARING - INSTALLATION
Step
1 Apply the puller part no. 876489 on the
vacuum pump side.
2 Insert the press-in mushroom part no.
877595 into the roller bearing and fix it
with the hex. nut.
3 The ball bearing is pressed in as far as it
will go by turning the hex. screw clock-
wise.

Step
3 Secure M5x12 countersunk screw includ-
ing the retaining washer with LOCTITE
243 and tighten it. Tightening torque 6 Nm
(53.09 in.lb.)
